CORE VALUES
1. LIFE: SAYING NOTHING IS SAYING SOMETHING
Not taking a stand is taking a stand. Throughout history mankind has allowed atrocities to happen in their own neighborhood, not because they agreed with the actions, but they were either indifferent, preoccupied or afraid. Inaction in life and death matters will always end tragically. Doing nothing, could cost someone else everything. “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”― Edmund Burke |
2. TRUTH: WHAT YOU SAY MATTERS
Many of us refrain from speaking truth because of our crippling fear of saying the wrong thing. That is why we have founded the Speak Life Collective. We want to give you a reasonable answer for life. We struggle with the same fears of saying the wrong thing but there is nothing to fear. Truth bearers don't have to be defensive because truth doesn't have to be defended, just spoken. But we do need to know what we are talking about. The military has a mantra that says “Sweat more in training, bleed less in battle.” If you don’t know what to say, then learn what to say. Practice what you say! |
3. LOVE: THE WAY YOU SAY IT MATTERS
2 Timothy 2:24-26 And a servant of the Lord must not quarrel but be gentle to all, able to teach, patient, in humility correcting those who are in opposition, if God perhaps will grant them repentance, so that they may know the truth, and that they may come to their senses and escape the snare of the devil, having been taken captive by him to do his will. This biggest danger we can have in this spiritual battle is having an “us” and “them” mentality. We need to remember that "they" have been taken captive by lies. "They" are not to be fought, but set free. Pro-choice advocates are not soldiers, they are captives. Do you see those who you speak to as the enemy? Be gentle, be patient, be humble and teach kindly. Truth in love is what will set them free from the great lie. |
4. COURAGE: YOUR MOTIVATION DETERMINES YOUR EXECUTION
What many of us need is not education but encouragement. Have you ever noticed what the root word of encouragement is? Courage! When we work together collectively, it empowers us to be bold and courageous. We want you to know that you are not alone! There is strength in numbers. “Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear - not absence of fear.”― Mark Twain “Courage is the most important of all the virtues because without courage, you can't practice any other virtue consistently.” ― Maya Angelou Remember, "Speak even when your voice shakes." |

Linsi, has traveled the world helping others both domestically and internationally. She has a heart for the less fortunate. Human value can only be found in the intrinsic and God-given worth and gift of simply being human.

KORI PETERSON
Editor, Content Creator
Kori is the mother of two fabulous boys and one precious child in Heaven. After finding herself in a crisis pregnancy when she was 20 years old, she chose abortion at the coercion of her boyfriend at the time. A choice that absolutely devastated her. After finding deep forgiveness and redemption through Jesus, she became an advocate for those who can not speak for themselves and a conduit of hope for women suffering from post-abortion trauma. If you have aborted, you can live life full and beautiful! Jesus turns our ashes into His beauty and gives life abundant, “more than we could ask or imagine” and certainly more than we deserve.
